We want you to love your item, we really do, but if for some reason it doesn’t work out we ask that you please abide by the following policy.
In store and local pick up purchases can be returned up to 10 calendar days after purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for return the item must still have tags attached.
Online shipping orders can be returned up to 10 days after receipt of items.
Purchases ending in .99, smelling of smoke, with make up stains and that have been worn or are missing tags will not be accepted. Clearance and sidewalk sale items are final sale.
Make up, jewelry and accessories are always final sale items.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process depending on your card issuers policies. We have NO control over this.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order for any reason after payment has been made, there is a 10% fee to reverse the transaction and refund. Cancellations outside of our 10 day return window are not eligible for cancellation. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation for any reason.
Again, we want you to be happy with your purchases and will do our best to accommodate you.

You are responsible for paying return shipping. Items that aren't eligible for return will be shipped back to you at your expense. If return shipping isn't paid within 30 days the items will be donated to a local women's shelter.

- Undergarments, jewelry, lingerie, leggings, belts, make up, sunglasses or gift certificates.
Although we try our best to look over all of the merchandise we send out, sometimes a defective item can sneak by.
- If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 2 days of order receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address the issue.
